I understand he's not gonna be able to roll back 40 years of leftist social engineering overnight - but he's not going to even TRY. He's given the military over to the effeminates and thinks somehow we're going to be a lethal force.
He *could* have said something like, "The military needs to do whatever makes the ability to protect the country more efficient. We have size, strength, and aptitude limitations for certain things. It should be up to the military to determine those parameters, not social experimenters sitting behind desks. The existence of our country is at stake and that supersedes those things."
